Sofitel London St James

The location was fantastic! It was so close to all the major attractions and shopping areas. We were able to easily walk to St James Park, Buckingham Palace, the theaters, and the shops on Piccadilly and Oxford Street. The staff at the hotel were very efficient and courteous, making our stay more fun. Plus, the rooms were comfortable and clean.

The only downside was that our room didn't have a bathtub. everything else about our stay was wonderful.

Staff were friendly, attentive and spoke French. Comfortable beds and clean rooms with a huge TV. Beautiful lounge and restaurant area. Excellent location for enjoying Christmas lights and close to key sights, restaurants, and theaters. Professional and welcoming reception, with extra attention given to our child. Top-class services and thoughtful amenities like English learning materials in the room. Amazing hotel overall, with great food and drinks.

The hotel's location near Piccadilly Circus subway station makes it very convenient to explore the city. It is just a short ride away from popular attractions and easily accessible by cab or Uber. The newly refurbished restaurant in the hotel offers a delightful dining experience. Guests can enjoy a variety of delicious dishes while appreciating the elegant ambiance.

They were attentive, addressing us by name and making us feel like valued guests. The concierge, Jeff, was particularly amazing, helping us secure show tickets, restaurant reservations, and giving us helpful directions.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, as it was centrally located and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-equipped gym and a cute bar where we enjoyed their signature martini. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room itself was superb, with every possible facility, including comfortable beds, an excellent bathroom, and luxurious Hermes bathroom products. this hotel was great in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff.

The hotel was ideally located, just a short walk from major attractions like Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. The concierge service was great, helping us arrange taxis to the airport. The newly refurbished restaurant in the hotel was a lovely place to dine, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

My recent stay at Sofitel was wonderful. The hotel's location couldn't have been better - just a short walk away from all the amazing attractions London has to offer. The cozy bar served some of the best cocktails I've ever tasted, and the breakfasts were so delicious and filling. The rooms were comfortable and the new decor of the bar and restaurant was fine. The staff were always friendly, courteous, and were really nice too make my stay nice. I can't recommend Sofitel enough for a fantastic stay in London.

My recent stay at the Sofitel was amazing. The service was great until I checked out. The lobby is fine and the bar is fantastic. I especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast at The Balcon. The location couldn't be better for tourists like me. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

I had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities and top-notch service. the spa and wellness center was outstanding, with a relaxing sauna and Jacuzzi, and an exceptional massage. the spa lounge was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the area. the room advantages were exceptional, with lavish furnishings and private facilities to ensure my comfort.

That they didn't offer halal food. the staff were friendly and willing to make my experience special.

This hotel truly offers a luxurious experience. the Spa & wellness center is a must, visit. the massages are incredible and the sauna provides a much, needed relaxing escape. the service is fantastic, with staff going above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. the room advantages are exclusive and thoughtfully designed. the high, quality restaurant and bar/lounge area offer delicious meals and drinks. In, room breakfast allowed for a leisurely morning. the snack bar provides convenient options. Although the location is not in the city center, the hotel's private facilities make up for it.

The only minor issue was that the hotel did not have any halal food.
